As a Telemarketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source potential clients in Malaysia and generate high-quality leads for our services. Your focus is to build interest, generate leads, and set up sales appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Management: Grow, track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and progress towards meeting set targets.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media, to identify potential clients interested in our background screening services.
- Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to ensure that the leads generated align with our target market and meet our quality standards.
- Schedule Meetings: Collaborate closely with our Business Development team to arrange and coordinate meetings with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handover of information.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in telesales/telemarketing, lead generation, or related roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to dealing with corporate clients, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Persuasive and Influential: Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients, leading to successful lead conversions.
- Results-Oriented: A driven individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and can take initiative to achieve and exceed goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email tools, and other sales-related technologies to manage leads and maintain efficient workflows.
- Integrity and Professionalism: Strong ethical values and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective objectives.
